The Construction section is responsible for the planning, programming, design and construction of iQ facilities in the cities, districts and sub districts projects. 

• Overseeing and directing construction projects from conception to completion
• Reviewing the project in-depth to schedule deliverables and estimate costs and oversee progress along the way in a timely and cost-effective manner.
• Study, Data collection, and market research for writing proper and detailed Bill of Quantities necessary for defining the requirements of the projects.
• Preparing shop drawings, plans, sections, and any detail drawings necessary for the project.
• Quantity survey of the BoQ items for preparing estimated budget of the project.
• Archiving the necessary documents.
• Checking and preparing site reports, designs, and drawings.
• Regularly visit project sites and check the works according to the BoQ and drawings and comply with the engineering standards.
• Help the project to progress better and faster without compromising quality and standards.
• Site measurements according to the BOQ and prepare quantity survey reports for payment.
• Preparing as-built drawings.
• Be aware of the time schedule and reporting progress reports and images to the line managers  

• B.Sc. in Civil Engineering.
• Have at least 5 years of experience in the related field of engineering.

• Computer skills in using Microsoft office, AutoCAD and design software.
• Ability to structural analysis and design.
