As a Senior Consultant, you will lead the digital transformation for our ISP operations, ensuring that the back-office financial engine (D365 F&O) perfectly synchronizes with front-line infrastructure projects and customer service delivery (D365 Field Service). You will architect solutions that handle everything from large-scale fiber deployment projects to individual home internet installations.

Infrastructure & Project Lifecycle Management:

• Lead the design and configuration of the Project Management & Accounting (PMA) module to track the "Fiber-to-the-Home" (FTTH) rollout.
• Manage project structures for network expansion, including work breakdown structures (WBS), budgeting, and project-to-profit tracking.
• Architect the 'Project-to-Asset' lifecycle, ensuring that completed fiber segments and infrastructure costs are accurately capitalized from PMA into the Fixed Assets module for long-term depreciation.

Integrated Field Service Operations:

• Architect the integration between D365 Field Service and F&O Projects to automate the creation of sub-projects for every work order.
• Enable real-time synchronization of pricing and costing from installation work orders into the F&O project journals for accurate labor and material tracking.
• Trialing AI/Copilot: For ISPs, the "Copilot for Project Management" features can automate WBS creation. Present these to stakeholders as a way to speed up network expansion planning.

Supply Chain & Asset Management:

• Oversee the management of ISP-specific inventory (modems, routers, fiber cabling) using the Supply Chain Management module.
• Ensure that parts consumed during field service visits automatically update inventory levels and post to the correct general ledger accounts.
• Streamline order-to-cash processes to ensure that service activations in the field immediately trigger accurate financial billing cycles.

Strategic Advisory & Governance:

• Lead fit-gap analysis and discovery workshops with stakeholders to modernize ISP business processes.
• Manage new functions and features Microsoft update in releases and present any feature that will need to be activated and proactively plan for compatibility of feature with customizations and system configurations.
• Direct the functional side of ALM, defining branching strategies for configuration data and overseeing Gold Environment maintenance.

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field.
• Microsoft certifications in D365 (e.g., MB-310, MB-240, MB-330) are an advance.

• Experience: 5+ years in D365 F&O with at least 2 years in a senior or lead role within the telecommunications or ISP sector.
• Technical Integration: Proven mastery of Dual-write, Virtual Tables, and the Project Operations integration framework.
• Functional Depth: Expert-level knowledge of PMA, Finance, SCM, and Field Service modules.
  experience with Intercompany billing and resource sharing between entities, specifically using the Project Operations cross-company framework.
• ISP Specifics: Experience with complex revenue recognition, customer equipment tracking, and multi-entity global localizations.
• Methodology: Strong background in Sure Step or Agile implementation methodologies.
