We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Technical Consultant specializing in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operation (365F&O) to lead the technical implementation, customization, and integration of 365F&O solutions. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, functional consultants, and developers to deliver high-quality 365F&O, Field Service, Project Management and CRM solutions that align with business goals.

• Cross-Platform Leadership: Lead technical design and development across the entire D365 ecosystem, including Finance & Operations (F&O), Business Central (BC), and Customer Engagement (CE).
• Full-Stack Customization: Expertly extend D365 using X++, C#, .NET, and JavaScript/TypeScript to meet complex business needs.
• Advanced AI Implementation: Design and build GenAI solutions and custom Copilot agents using Copilot Studio and Azure OpenAI to automate workflows and data analysis.
• Complex System Integration: Develop seamless connections between ERP/CRM and external systems using APIs, Azure Logic Apps, and middleware.
• Technical-Functional Alignment: Act as the bridge by translating business requirements into high-quality technical specifications and scalable architecture.
• Data & Performance Excellence: Oversee critical data migrations, system configurations, and performance tuning to ensure platform stability.
• AI Model Optimization: Fine-tune machine learning models and leverage RAG-based solutions to enhance AI accuracy and document processing.
• Quality Governance: Enforce development best practices through code reviews, detailed documentation, and technical troubleshooting.
• Responsible AI & Security: Ensure all AI and cloud solutions comply with Responsible AI principles and Microsoft security standards (Purview).
• Mentorship & Innovation: Provide leadership to junior developers while staying ahead of the Microsoft roadmap to adopt new ERP and AI features.

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in technical consulting for Microsoft Dynamics 365F&O.
• Microsoft certifications in D365 (e.g., MB-300, MB-500, PL-600) are an advance.

• Full-Stack Coding: Expert in X++, C#, .NET, JS, and MorphX.
• Platform Mastery: Deep expertise in D365 F&O & CE architecture, data models, and RBAC.
• Power Platform: Skilled in Low-Code/No-Code (Apps, Automate, BI) extensions.
• Cloud/ALM: Hands-on with Azure services and CI/CD via DevOps pipelines.
• DB Management: Advanced SQL for data handling and troubleshooting.
• Legacy Knowledge: Experience with AX & NAV for migration/context.
• Industry Focus: Domain knowledge in Retail, Mfg, and Finance solutions.
• Agile Delivery: Experienced in Scrum/Agile project environments.
• Soft Skills: Strong Comm/Client-facing and analytical problem-solving.
• Global Ready: Multilingual capabilities for diverse team collaboration.
