Job role
The Full Stack Developer is responsible for building, maintaining, and improving web and mobile applications across both frontend and backend layers. The role involves working closely with designers, product owners, and other developers to deliver reliable, user-friendly features on multiple platforms. The developer contributes to application architecture, implements new functionality, supports ongoing enhancements, and ensures that web and mobile applications are seamlessly integrated with backend services, while following established coding standards and best practices.
Detailed description of MAIN tasks and KEY responsibility
- Develop and maintain user-facing features for web and mobile applications.
- Integrate front-end and mobile components with backend systems and databases.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback.
- Collaborate closely with team members across engineering, product, and design.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application issues across platforms.
- Optimize application performance, security, and scalability.
- Follow established development processes while contributing ideas for improvement.
Education and Work Experience (Preferred background)
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
- 3–5 years of professional experience in full stack development
- Experience working on production systems and real-world software projects
Skills/Qualifications
- Practical experience with both frontend and backend development
- Familiarity with modern JavaScript frameworks (React, Vue, Angular, or similar)
- Backend development experience with Node.js, Laravel, Django, Go (Golang), or equivalent technologies
- Hands-on experience designing, developing, and consuming RESTful APIs
- Knowledge of mobile application development, including Android, iOS, or cross-platform frameworks such as React Native or Flutter
- Experience with database systems (SQL and/or NoSQL)
- Experience using version control systems such as Git
- Understanding of web and mobile performance, security, and scalability fundamentals
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to learn and grow
