Job role

The Social Media Specialist will manage iQ Networks’ online presence by developing, implementing, and optimizing strategies across various platforms to engage audiences, enhance brand awareness, and drive customer engagement.

Detailed description of MAIN tasks and KEY responsibilities

  • Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Create, curate, and manage content for platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and X. 
  • Monitor, respond, and engage with audiences to foster community growth. 
  • Analyze performance metrics and prepare reports on campaign effectiveness.
  • Follow up the company's internal and external activities. 
  • Participation in company events is an integral part of organizational processes and task coordination. 

Education and Work Experience (Preferred background)

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field. 
  • 2+ years of proven experience in social media management.

Skills/Qualifications

  • Strong writing and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, platform-specific insights).
  • Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer).
