The UX/UI Designer is responsible for creating engaging, user-friendly, and visually appealing experiences across web and mobile platforms. The designer works closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to translate business requirements into intuitive interfaces and seamless user journeys. The designer conducts user research, develops wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs, and ensures design consistency across products while following usability, accessibility, and branding best practices.

• Create wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes for web and mobile applications
• Design intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces aligned with brand guidelines
• Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to implement designs effectively
• Maintain and expand our internal design system to ensure consistency across all platforms (Web, iOS, Android).
• Optimize user flows, interactions, and overall user experience
• Stay updated on design trends, tools, and best practices
• Review and iterate designs based on user feedback and analytics
• Ensure accessibility and usability standards are met in all designs

• Bachelor's degree in design, Human-Computer Interaction, Graphic Design, or related field (or equivalent practical experience)
• 2–5 years of professional experience in UX/UI design
• Work experience in designing for both web and mobile platforms
• Experience conducting user research, usability testing, and applying design thinking principles
• Familiarity with Agile or iterative development processes is a plus

• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma (preferred), Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar
• Strong understanding of UX principles, user-centered design, and accessibility standards
• Experience creating responsive and adaptive designs for web and mobile
• Solid visual design skills, including typography, color theory, and layout
• Ability to translate complex requirements into intuitive designs
• Knowledge of interaction design, information architecture, and user flows
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving mindset
• Ability to iterate designs based on feedback and analytics
